I had a bad experience when I had someone come service my poodle. This person didn't know anything about what they were doing. They even failed to dry my dog right. So I was skeptical to do it again. A friend of mine recommended Sofia, and what a relief. Sofia knew everything that she was doing every step of the way. She bathed, groomed, and de-matted Penny. She even cleaned out her ears and took the fur out in order to prevent infection. This speaks volumes about her experience. She used all quality products, dried Penny really good and left her looking amazing! You CANNOT go wrong with Sofia. Oh and she also did Bruce, my chocolate lab.
