FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work with a two step process. We start with Rapid Prototyping to validate your concept’s functionality and design through a done-with-you process keeping you in control every step of the way. We generally get 3-12 months of work a traditional design company gets done within the first 2.5 hour session with a satisfaction guarantee. The second step of our process is creating everything you need to take that product into the market giving you a fully operational business using our incubator program, network, and partners. This second step will help you do DFM (Design For Manufacturing), create a marketing strategy, a website, an online store, setting up logistics (manufacturing, warehousing, packaging, fulfilling orders), generating your first sales, and more. 100% of the clients that do this process make it to market! The Rapid Prototyping Session starts at $2,533. The price of the second step depends on the complexity and strategy needed for your project’s success. To start this process book a complimentary design review with our Chief Engineer Brandon Manusov.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1) A Design Review to cover the scope of your project. We immediately discuss pricing up front giving you an estimate. For bigger projects, I might require more information. If for any reason we are not a good fit I will let you know right away. Step 2) Our Rapid Prototyping Process is 2.5 hours. This is a done with you process to validate your design in a 3D model giving you complete control over your project and the CAD file while ensuring that it is fully functional and manufacturable. This process has a satisfaction guarantee. Step 3) We share the master CAD file and a link to a 3D Model that can be used without any special software.
