I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently my job was completed. He moved quickly to get the part i needed for my job and got the project done within a few hours. And then stayed at my house to make sure my appliance ran a whole cycle correctly before he left. He did a great job! Would definitely use again.

The technician connected an existing waterline to my new refrigerator. However, he failed to install the icemaker in the new refrigerator. He was given the part and failed to install it. I am highly disappointed as he did not communicate that to me. I went to dispose of the box & the icemaker was still there. I paid $350 for an incomplete service request.
